Concealed carry in pistol free zones

The 2^nd amendment states "the right of the people to keep and bear
 arms shall not be infringed". Through this, the state of Michigan, among others have granted law abiding citizens the right to conceal carry pistols with proper licensing. Although the state has granted us this right, they have hindered us from being able to carry in certain areas. The locations include Schools, daycares, sports arenas or stadiums, bars, places of worship, entertainment facilities with seating for 2,500 or more people, hospitals, colleges, and casinos. Criminals know of these pistol free zones. Because of this, these places are often involved with some of the most violent crimes. My research question proposes this idea. Will allowing concealed carry within pistol free zones deter criminals from committing violent crimes in these areas? I believe that it will. Through case examples and statistical research, I intend to prove to my readers that allowing concealed carry within pistol free zones will deter criminals.
